Regenerating your flows
Regenerating your flows rebuilds your entire email system from scratch using your current branding. It's useful after a major rebrand - but it's also destructive, so it's important to understand exactly what happens before you use it.
Where to find it
Open Wiz → Brand & Settings → Branding. On the Logo & colors card you'll see two buttons: Edit branding and Regenerate flows.

What regenerating does - read this first
That's the exact warning Wiz shows you, and it means what it says. Every edit you've made - email designs, subject lines, timing changes, individual emails you turned off - is permanently erased and replaced with a freshly generated set.

If you only want to refresh the look of new templates (like campaigns) without touching your existing flows, use Edit branding instead - that leaves your flows in place.
What happens when you confirm
When you click Regenerate flows and confirm, Wiz takes you back through onboarding, starting at Pick your maximum discount. You'll step through the setup again - choosing your max discount and confirming your branding - and Wiz then rebuilds all your flows from scratch using your current logo, colors, fonts, and language.
In other words, regenerating isn't a quick refresh - it's a full rebuild that has you redo the initial setup. See Setting up Wiz for a walkthrough of those steps.
Before you regenerate
- Consider whether you really need it. For most branding tweaks, Edit branding is enough.
- Note anything you want to keep. Any custom email copy, designs, or timing will be gone, so write down or screenshot anything you'll want to recreate.
- Expect to redo onboarding, starting from the max-discount step.
Common questions
Can I undo a regeneration?
No. The confirmation modal states plainly that it can't be undone. Your previous flows and edits are gone once you confirm.
Will this change my branding on campaigns too?
Regenerating rebuilds your flows with your current branding. To update the branding used for new templates without rebuilding flows, use Edit branding - see Editing your branding.
Do I have to reactivate my flows afterward?
Because regenerating runs you back through onboarding, treat it like a fresh setup - review your flows and activate them again. See Activating your emails.
