Recovering past abandoned checkouts

When you first turn on Wiz, your Abandoned Checkout flow starts working for new abandoned checkouts going forward. But you don't have to leave the recent ones on the table - Wiz can add past abandoned checkouts to the flow retroactively.

How it works

Typically after you activate your emails for the first time and connect your domain, a banner appears at the top of the Flow Editor:

"We found X abandoned checkouts on your store in the last 30 days. Add them to your new abandoned checkout flow."

The "abandoned checkouts found" banner with the Save Lost Checkouts button

Click Save Lost Checkouts and those shoppers from the last 30 days enter your Abandoned Checkout flow - so you can recover carts that were abandoned just before you got set up.

Don't see the banner?

If the banner doesn't appear, get in touch with our team (chat or email) and we'll gladly help add your recent abandoned checkouts for you.
