Adding & editing product blocks

A Product Block shows products right inside your email - each with its photo, name, price, and a Buy Now button, styled to match your brand. This article covers choosing which products appear, arranging them, and deciding what details show.

To open these settings, click the Product Block in the canvas. Its settings open in the left panel. (New to the editor? See Editing an email.)

Choosing which products to show

At the top of the Product Block settings you'll find the Layout picker and the Product source toggle.

Layout - choose how the products are arranged. Options include Zigzag (image and text alternate side to side), Stack, and more.
Product source - decide where the products come from: - Products - hand-pick specific products. - Collection - pull from one of your store's collections. Select the collection, then use the checklist below it to tick exactly which products to include (for example, "Products (6/6)").

A Product Block can show up to 6 products.

Reordering and removing products

Scroll down in the panel to the selected-products list. This is where you control the order and which items stay.

Reorder - drag and drop the products in this list. The order here is the order they appear in the email.
Remove - click the trash icon next to a product to take it out of the block.

Choosing what shows on each product

Below the product list, the Product Setting toggles decide which details render for every product in the block:

Show Heading - the block's main heading (e.g. "Recommended For You").
Show sub-heading - the smaller line under the heading.
Show title - each product's name.
Show price - each product's price.
Show compare price - the higher "compare-at" price shown struck through, if the product has one.

Toggle any of these on or off and watch the canvas update.

Common questions

Can I show more than 6 products?

No - a Product Block holds up to 6. To feature more, add a second Product Block.

My collection has lots of products. Can I pick just a few?

Yes. Choose Collection as the source, then untick the ones you don't want in the collection's product checklist.

How do I change the order?

Drag and drop the products in the selected-products list in the left panel - top of the list shows first in the email.
