Updating your branding

Your logo, colors, fonts, and language are set during onboarding, but you can change them any time from Brand & Settings → Branding. Before you do, it's important to understand what changing your branding updates - and what it doesn't.

Where to edit your branding

Go to Brand & Settings → Branding. The card here has two buttons.

The Branding page with Edit branding and Regenerate flows

  • Edit branding - opens your look & feel form to change logo, colors, fonts, and language.
  • Regenerate flows - rebuilds all your flow emails with your current branding (see the warning below - this is destructive).

Clicking Edit branding opens the same Brand's Look & Feel form you saw during onboarding, with a live example email on the right.

The Edit branding form

Adjust your logo, brand name, language, font, button shape, and brand colors, then save.

The key rule: branding changes apply going forward

Editing your branding only affects templates created from that point on - mainly your campaign templates and the palette used by AI-generated campaigns. It does not restyle your existing flow emails.

So if you change your brand colors and then look at your Welcome or Abandoned Checkout emails, they'll still show the old colors. That's expected - those flow emails were already built.

One exception to note: the Branding page states that logo changes will automatically update your email flows. So a new logo may carry through to existing flows, while color and font changes stay forward-only. To be safe, treat colors and fonts as applying only to new templates.

Re-branding your existing flows

If you want your existing flow emails to pick up new colors or fonts, you have to rebuild them with Regenerate flows. You'll find this both on the Branding card and as a link at the bottom of the Edit branding form ("Want to regenerate your email flows with new colors?").

Regenerating is destructive and can't be undone. It deletes your current flows, including any manual edits you've made, and rebuilds them from scratch with your current branding.

Only use it when you're willing to lose your customizations. For the full walkthrough and warnings, see Regenerating your flows.

Common questions

I changed my colors but my flow emails look the same. Why?

That's expected. Branding edits apply to new templates (campaigns and AI campaigns) going forward, not to flow emails that already exist. To restyle existing flows, use Regenerating your flows.

Will my new logo show up in my existing flows?

It can. The app notes that logo changes automatically update your email flows - unlike color and font changes, which are forward-only.

Do I need to regenerate my flows just to fix my colors?

Only if you need the existing flow emails restyled. Remember that regenerating deletes any manual edits, so weigh that trade-off first.
