Your dashboard explained
Your dashboard is the home screen of Wiz - it's what opens when you click Wiz in your Shopify sidebar. It's where you see how your emails are performing: revenue, engagement, and your pop-up sign-ups, all in one place.

The date range
At the top, a date-range picker sets the period for everything on the page. It defaults to Last 30 days. Change it to look at a different window - all the numbers below update to match.
The KPI cards
The cards across the top give you the headline numbers for the selected period:
Card | What it means |
|---|---|
Attributed Revenue | Total revenue Wiz's emails brought in. |
Conversions | Number of orders attributed to your emails. |
ROI | Return on investment - revenue relative to what Wiz costs. |
Emails Sent | How many emails went out. |
Unique contacts emailed | How many individual people received at least one email. |
Flows Revenue | The share of attributed revenue that came from your automated flows. |
Campaigns Revenue | The share that came from one-off campaigns. |
The Flows Revenue and Campaigns Revenue cards split your total revenue between your always-on flows and your manually sent campaigns.
The Flows table
Below the cards, the Flows table breaks performance down by flow (Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Checkout, Thank You, Winback). For each flow you'll see:
- Emails sent
- Open Rate and Click Rate (with the underlying counts)
- Conversions and Conversion value
- Status - a green check for active flows, or an Inactive badge for ones that are turned off
The Campaigns table
The Campaigns table lists your individual campaigns, most recent first. Each row shows the campaign name, date, emails sent, open and click rates, placed orders, revenue, and a Status badge (Sent or Scheduled). Use the arrows below the table to page through older campaigns.
Email Collection Forms
The Email Collection Forms section reports how your sign-up pop-up is doing:
- Impressions - how many times the pop-up was shown.
- Submitted Emails (and Submitted Phones) - how many visitors signed up.
- Form Submit Rate - the share of impressions that turned into a sign-up.
- Status - whether the form is Active.
This is the quickest way to see whether your pop-up is capturing new contacts.
Common questions
Why is a flow showing zero?
It likely hasn't sent yet, or it's turned off. Check the Status column - an Inactive flow won't send until you activate it. See Activating your emails.
Which period do the numbers cover?
Whatever the date-range picker at the top is set to - Last 30 days by default.
What's the difference between Flows Revenue and Campaigns Revenue?
Flows Revenue comes from your automated flows (like Welcome and Abandoned Checkout). Campaigns Revenue comes from the one-off campaigns you send yourself.
