No - that's the whole point. Wiz handles the strategy, copy, and design for you. You can edit anything, but you don't have to.

Will Wiz start emailing my customers right away?

No. After setup your emails are built but not yet sending. You turn them on when you're ready - see Activating your emails.

Does Wiz replace Shopify's discounts or customers?

No. Your discounts, products, and customers stay in Shopify. Wiz uses them to create and send your emails.
