Importing & migrating your contacts

You don't need to manually import your existing customers into Wiz - it syncs them from Shopify for you. Moving contacts from a different email platform is a little different, and we'll help you with that directly.

Your existing Shopify contacts - automatic

When you install Wiz, it backfills and syncs all your existing Shopify contacts automatically. There's nothing to upload - your customers flow in on their own.

This sync can take a few hours to finish, especially for larger lists, so don't worry if your full contact count doesn't appear instantly.

Migrating from another platform (Klaviyo, Shopify Email, etc.)

If you're moving from another email tool and want to bring over contacts or subscriber history, get in touch with our team and we'll help you figure out the best way to do it for your setup.
