Canceling your subscription

To cancel your subscription, simply uninstall the Wiz app from your Shopify admin. Once the app is uninstalled, no further charges will be applied.

How to uninstall

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels (or Apps).
2. Find Wiz in your list of installed apps.
3. Click Delete / Uninstall.

That's it - your subscription ends and billing stops.

Common questions

Will I be charged after I uninstall?

No. Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription and stops any further charges.

What happens to my contacts and emails?

Your contacts live natively in Shopify, so they remain in your Shopify account. If you have questions about your data or want help before canceling, reach out to our team - we're happy to help.
